Hostess gift and door prize

Hello Stampers

So last Thursday I had a workshop, it has been ages since I did a workshop and boy was I nervous. After stressing about every single aspect of the workshop I did manage to come up with these little goodies. Wendy, the fab hostess, loves the colour red so I went with that. This first picture was of the door prize, sour cream containers but the top on these ones are done with ribbon so that you can open it to get the goodies in and out. We were shown these at convention by the very talented Marelle Taylor who by the way calls these 'sunny boy containers'. Very cool that you don't have to rip it apart.

So the hostess gift was this gable box with 4 matching cards with envelopes as well. The picture below (ooooh looks like the camera is on it's last legs) is of the box complete. That Bella Rose DSP is so easy to work with it makes the job much easier.

Anyway the workshop was a success and it really was my best one yet, it was worth the stress in the end. Wendy made the best supper even if she did practice a couple of times. Thank you Wendy, you're a gem!
