Stamp Club Challenge

Hi Stampers

Wow what a busy time it has been, I have been busy and working! So I have some projects to blog and tonight I’m starting with my Stamp Club challenge. Every month the Hostess of the Stamp Club sets a challenge and it is up to the group to decide if they want to participate. This month the challenge set was to do something using using ‘punches’ and here are cards

            creativeaddinktionwendy1

creativeaddinktionwendy2    creativeaddinktionwendy3 creativeaddinktionwendy4

So these four cards were created by Wendy, Wendy confessed that these were out of her stash of standby cards

creativeaddinktionsusan09

Susan’s card doubled as the challenge card and the thank you cards from the birth of her second son Adam

creativeaddinktionTania09

I remembered when Tania first created this card a while back now, came in very handy for the challenge

creativeaddinktionstephanie09

This little card was by Stephanie

 creativeaddinktionDiana09

Diana is our resident sewer and she did a fab job on this heart card

creativeaddinktionRaylee09

creativeaddinktionraylee209

These two cards are by Raylee and the photo below shows a close up of the detail on the card

creativeaddinktionraylee1a09

And this card below used a punch in another way

creativeaddinktioncherie09 It uses the Ornament punch to create a label to fit the words. A handy idea when nothing else will fit.

So there you have it for another stamp club challenge month

Stamp Club Challenge

Hi Stampers

August stamp club challenge was a ‘Fathers day card’ or ‘Welcome to your new home’ card and below are the creations

Today we will start with the Fathers day cards

  creativeaddinktion Rhondaaug

This Shirt card was by Rhonda

 creativeaddinktionJoaug

Jo and her son Alistair created this one together

Now onto the ‘Welcome to your new home’ card – some of these cards went home with their intended recipients as a couple of the ladies have moved recently

creativeaddinktionTaniaaug

Tania created this card for one recipient whose favourite colours are included.

 creativeaddinktionColleenaug

This card is by the very talented Colleen

creativeaddinktionaug1

These two cards where created by me, the card above is the triple time Stamping technique that is a favourite of mine at the moment and all the cards that have left this house have been stamped this way. Now the card below is one that I have used a lot in the pass and it is very cute and easy to do.

Stamp Club Challenge for July

Hi Stampers

This months challenge was set by Wendy and she decided that the challenge will be a card for a teenage boy. As Wendy was in the process of moving into her new house she had no time to make a card herself. hopefully she got inspiration from these.

creativeaddinktionscjuly1

This was created by ‘Stephanie’

 creativeaddinktionscjuly2

This card here was by ‘Jo’ – an i pod card, how cool is that

creativeaddinktionscjuly3creativeaddinktionscjuly4

These two were by Alayne – when creating these she was thinking congratulations getting your drivers licence – she has now the perfect excuse to purchase another stamp set – she realised that she doesn’t have the word ‘Congratulations’ in a stamp.

creativeaddinktionjulysc5

Colleen was inspired by a card she saw in the Stampin Up Idea and Catalogue book

creativeaddinktionscjuly6 creativeaddinktionscjuly7

This card here I had made a week earlier as my DH’s nephew has been with us for a few months now and we celebrated his 17th birthday. For the background, I use the brayer over the embossed image.

Another bag tag

Hi stampers

Here is one more bag tag from Jo at stamp club. This was the challenge for last month.

creativeaddinktiontagjo

Jo is a red person so it really is no surprise that her tag is red. Lots of the Rhinestone jewels on the ‘J’ and the ‘O’.

Stamp Club Challenge - June

Hi Stampers

Nearly made it through the school holidays, just a couple more days. Once again life keeps getting in the way of my stamping. The challenge for June was to decorate a bag tag that was provided and here is how it went.

 creativeaddinktiontag1

We start with Wendy’s tag inked in the Wisteria Wonder and using a Sale –a-bration stamp set.

creativeaddinktiontag2

This next one is by Raylee – who has used the Retiform Grid technique.

creativeaddinktiontag3 creativeaddinktiontag3a

Colleen’s is next up, Rhinestone Jewels were used in the butterflies and in the top picture she has used the jewelry tag punch

creativeaddinktiontag4

Tania who also managed to get Rhinestones onto the tag

  creativeaddinktiontag5

Alayne – who is loving using the ‘Big Shot’

creativeaddinktiontag6

Stephanie – I have missed getting the ribbons that were tied along the side.

Hope you enjoyed these designs, happy stamping.

Stamp Club Challenge - April

Hi Stampers

Slowly catching up on my blogging. Today we have April’s stamp club challenge. The challenge is the Mojo Monday sketch number 232.

creativeaddinktionapril1  Did you recognise this top card as Colleen’s work, well done to you if you did.Creativeaddinktionapril2This Is Jo’s card above, using up some retired product – good to see.   creativeaddinktionapril3This is Tania’s card – more retired product in use here as well.

Seeing the retired product in use reminds us of what has been and a great way to make room for all the up and coming products that Stampin’ Up has to offer.

Thanks for stopping by today

Stamp Club Challenge - March

Hi Stampers

‘My bad’ is the phrase that my cherubs use when they do something wrong – takes a bit of getting use to so I thought that I would use this phrase, yes I should've posted these wonderful creations from the talented stamp club ladies. I will start with March creations.

IMG_3489As a group we really loved the Everyday Enchantment paper that was part of the Sale a bration promotion.

IMG_3540Wendy was the creator of the card above.

IMG_3537 Jo’s daughter Simone had a hand in this card, Simone is very fond of horses.

IMG_3538 If I remember rightly and Tania may have to correct me, this was made with her new man in mind.

IMG_3539 And this was Colleen’s very clever card. Colleen’s cards are very detailed and you can see more of her work over here.

For the March challenge Colleen came up with – Take the initials in your name and choose something to use for each of them, then name one, two and three things to use on your card. It could be embellishments, colours or techniques. It was a great challenge, thanks Colleen.

Thanks for looking
