Projects behind the scenes

Hello Stampers

Woohoo, 2 posts in 1 night. That is because I am being super organised and tonight I have managed to sort out my second project for Stamp club next month. Normally I leave it all to the weekend before and do 2 or 3 really really late nights. This time it is different cause April is a busy month for me.

Enough of the ramblings and here are a couple of pictures of the projects that I have been working on. This rabbit top box is based very loosely from Sandi MaCiver, Sandi did a wonderful job where as I have kept mine very simple. Really I am feeling that I'm in between not wanting to use what little I have left from the current catalogue and waiting for the new products from the new catalogue which I have very little of.

These little boxes I made up for a challenge that our M & M group came up with. It had to be a template from the demonstrators site of Stampin' Up! The little tag was really good fun and I'm pleased that I finally got to use them. I stamped straight on to them and then coloured with SU Markers. Nice and easy little box although I use a different top to the one on the template.

This last picture was a project that we made at stamp club, actually we made 2 of them in different sizes. This is a groovy little basket that Jennifer Thomas put on a demonstrators site referred to as SUDSOL. It is called a 'Square Box Basket' and super easy to make using a square piece of card stock. Just perfect for those Easter eggs that are about.

So it may have been a bit quite on the blogging front but I have been working like a trooper behind the scenes. Hope you are getting a chance to be creative and stamping. TFL and enjoy.

March Stamp club

Hello Stampers

These are the creations that the girls have come up with, the theme was very general, a card you would give to a friend. They have done another fab job and I have put them here for you all to enjoy. Sorry about the picture quality but my poor camera has had a hard life in the hands of my 3 boys.

Birthday Cards

Hello Stampers

It has been a long weekend in the 'Naki' today was our Anniversay day, to bad the weather was typical of the Naki, overcast, windy and NOT hot at all. I think that we have had to say goodbye to summer already not that it gets hot here anyway. So we started the weekend with 2 birthdays and here are the cards.
This card was one of the stamp clubs projects last month, I think this fold is known as a stair step card. It is a fun little card to make.
So I made it again as Alastair's birthday card, Alastair had his 5th birthday party on Saturday and he is of to school tomorrow, good luck Alastair.
This one was for Kyra, it was her 7th birthday on Friday. It was a bit late getting to her as I only finished putting it together on Staurday. Lots and lots of Crystal Effects on this card.
and this was the inside, a very basic gift card holder but it did the job. Her mum was impressed with the card anyway, well she said all the right things.

Thanks for looking, happy stamping

Cherie

Another stamp club challenge has passed me by. The girls have done a fantastic job with their Masculine card challenge, take a look, you will be impressed.

This card was Jo's from the last challenge which I have just got round to blogging now.

This is Jo's, if you take a close look you will see she has added a window, which is half way down, in the door
